Julie Carlson grew up in Lakehead, CA where she gained a love for nature at an early age. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sports medicine from Pepperdine University and master’s degree in management and leadership from Western Governors University. She works with a great team and finds fulfillment in the impact her work has on north state students. Julie is married to her high school sweetheart and has two wonderful children. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, mountain biking, and open water swimming.
